TARGETevents will provide you with a unique opportunity to meet potential employers in completely different settings
If you'd like to meet future employers face-to-face, take part in skills workshops, challenge yourself both mentally and physically, participate in business games, learn first-hand about what companies look for in graduates - and make yourself more employable - then there is a TARGETevent for you.
Getting a foot in the door when you’re looking for a graduate job can be tricky – employers often ask for relevant work experience as well as the right skills and qualifications. TARGETevents give you the opportunity to get that experience and improve your skills.
Attending an event can also boost your confidence and relevant work experience always looks good on your CV. Recruiters like to see it as it shows that students are proactive and that they have taken the time to learn about the industry before applying.

npower Future Leaders Challenge - The Challenge involves students working in a team of 4 to develop an event or activity that will get people at their university living more sustainably. 10 teams will be selected to attend an interactive team-building weekend in the Lake District in October with two of these teams then given the opportunity to go to the Arctic in Spring 2011.
