How many places are available on the event?
It depends on the event. It could be anywhere between 30 and 200. Please check specific event information for further details concerning the number of places available.
Is accomodation provided?
We endeavour to provide free accomodation for all our overnight events. Where accommodation is provided free-of-charge you may be asked to share a room with one other student (of the same gender).
Are meals provided?
Normally we provide meals for all attendees and we also cater for students with special dietary requirements.
Will travel expenses be reimbursed?
It depends on the event but mainly yes. After the event we'll reimburse you for any travel costs to and from the event.
Who can apply?
Each event has its own selection criteria, and you can find details of these elsewhere in our website. We offer a wide range of events so there's bound to be one that you're eligible for, regardless of your year of study or degree subject.
How do I apply?
Applying for an event is easy. Just look at the section headed 'Apply' or follow the links against an event and then follow these three simple steps:
- Step 1: register
- Step 2: enter your personal details
- Step 3: upload your CV
Done in 10 minutes! We'll then be in touch with you by e-mail about the progress of your application. Please note that many of our events are highly over-subscribed so the ealier you apply the better.
